Groove Factory played my company user conference at the Omni San Diego and everyone could not have been more pleased with everything from the pre-show contracting/planning and coordination to the presentation itself. All members of the band are very high-energy and really try to engage the crowd with their showmanship and great musical talent. The infusion of Karaoke into their regular rotation of music is seamless and whenever a Karaoke singer comes onstage, they are instantly made to feel comfortable and a real "part of the band" (which makes for a wonderful experience). I highly recommended this Groove Factory!!!

Everyone at the party raved about this band. They had you dancing from start to finish. All night long people were coming up to me to ask where I found them.They surpassed all the other bands I have hired in the past. What a great party and the band had a lot to do with it.

Groove Factory did an amazing job for my 50th birthday celebration. Their 80s themed Freeze Frame band was a hit with my guests. Everyone asking me, “where did you get this band?” The female lead singer has an incredible voice. Having them play at my party made my birthday!!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!
If you are planning an event that will require music of any kind, BOOK THE GROOVE FACTORY. I was planning our Command's Holiday Party for 300 people and had a vision of just that, a PARTY! If you want to have the best party your Command or Company has ever thrown then again...BOOK THIS BAND!
Ultimately we got the "WHOLE PACKAGE".
- Professional DJ services, Christmas up lighting, the full 6 piece band, a full photo booth.
I have to emphasis this band is the REAL DEAL! TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Bottom line. I can't say enough great things about them. Thank you, Groove Factory for making our party a complete and resounding success!

Best cover band I’ve ever scene. They dressed in costumes to play the part. Everyone was very nice and personable. The coordination with them was awesome they got right back to me with any questions. I’d highly recommend them to anyone for a party or wedding. Their awesome

WOW! Start to finish this band was the best! Joe was so accommodating. I especially appreciated the quick follow up on all communication. The band was prompt, professional and talented. The guests at the party couldn’t stop raving about them. We had the 80’s cover set and it was just what the birthday girl had always wanted. I would hire them for any party!!

Booking Groove Factory for our wedding was one of the best decisions! They are so talented, bring SOO much energy, and look like they are having the time of their lives when they play which really translates to the crowd! Joe was incredibly professional, accommodating, kind, and communicative. He was so easy to work with and created a custom setlist for us which was PERFECT — tons of songs that all generations know and love which had everyone singing along. All our guests told me how much they loved our band and at the end we even had a chant going: “ONE MORE SONG! ONE MORE SONG!” Our guests clearly could not get enough. Hire Groove Factory for your wedding or event!

They had good timing and were accommodating for all of the specific songs and dances at the wedding. Unfortunately we paid for a live band with a DJ for when the band needed a break, but the band started late and seemed to be a break for the DJ (i.e. a laptop). They showed up at 4 but the live band didn’t start until 8:15-8:30 and we left at 9:00. They did stay until the wedding guests left around 9:30-9:45 but we wish that they had started the live band earlier in the day, since that’s what we paid for. Overall, 3/5 stars.

I'm very sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied.
The band was set up and ready to go from 4:30pm on.
I was constantly checking with your coordinator regarding the timeline and asking when we were to start performing. I was asked several times to delay things on the timeline as some of the wedding party had gone offsite or for picture taking.
Everything from the grand entrance, toasts, first dance, special dances were all done according to the timeline that was filled out on our website.
Even with the delays we still started playing immediately after the money dance at 8:15 which is when open dancing is scheduled on the timeline.
