My daughter really enjoyed Cinderella! All the kids had fun with her. She was very friendly and I would definetely hire Magical Memories Entertainment again in the future. She even showed up 15 minutes early,which I really respect. I've heard horror stories from my friends before,from other companies they've hired, but I was put at ease the moment I saw Cinderella arrive. Even one of my guest who had a bad experience before was impressed by Magical Memories. I would refer them to anyone reading this!Thank you Magical Memories!

We hired a mermaid character who really looked the part. She was very sweet, and the kids at my 4 year old daughter's party really enjoyed the parachute game.

Cinderella was excellent and she stayed well over her time just so she could get all of the kids faces painted. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke and corresponded with both Heather and Marianne. Marianne actually performed as Ariel at my daughter's 5th birthday party. She was terrific. Not only did she look and speak like Ariel but she was so generous and patient with all the kids. She kept the party moving at a nice pace with her many activities and was very accommodating with taking photos. The kids loved her. I've been to other kid parties recently who had similar entertainers and I have to say Magical Memories' entertainers were much more authentic, engaging and so kid friendly.

Marianne did such a great job at my daughter's 5th birthday party as Cinderella. This was the 2nd time we hired her and we were just as happy with her this year as we were last year. We highly recommend her!!!

Cinderella was so nice to the kids and everyone had a great time. She was not worried about leaving the party on time and she was just very kind and had great stories to tell the kids. All of the kids believed that she was the real Cinderella.

Marianne's performance as Snow White was exactly what we envisioned for our daughters birthday party. She was prompt, paid special attention to my detailed requests, kept me well informed of the agenda, and was great with keeping the children happy and entertained. Marianne did a wonderful job as "Aurora" at my daughters party. She handled 16 children with kindness, ease and patience. She surpassed my requests for games, facepainting, balloons etc. I would have them back and refer them to others. Thanks Marianne!

She was nice, But I was expecting more of a performance ...she catered to the children and made them balloon animals and painted their faces...but I felt like the residents/adults were expecting more of a performance/show.

I hired someone else at the last minute because I found out that they did not have iron man like I wanted. Before I booked them, I wrote to them to see if they had Iron man and no one responded to me. They did not even return the contract to me signed. I was very disappointed in them. They were not professional in trying to contact me or make sure we had an understanding.

When Ms. Carter sent her original bid request she did NOT include which character she desired. We answered her bid request right away, saying we were available. She booked us over a month later, without double checking to see if we were still available, or if we had the Iron Man character. After booking us, she requested a contract, which we sent her immediately. When she sent the contract/planner back by email, that was the first we heard that she wanted Iron Man. We emailed her immediately telling her we didn't have Iron Man and also tried to call, but she didn't reply. She finally called and canceled the day of the party.

The performer called me to say she was running 15-20 minutes late. After 20 minutes and still no show I called to see where she was, but she did not pick up the phone. She did, however, pick up when my husband called from a private number. She showed up 45 minutes late. By then, I had to already serve cake to fill the void and my guest had started going home. It was nice of her to stay overtime at no extra charge and she did a nice job entertaining the few guest I had left, but her tardiness put a huge damper on my daughters party and I was left feeling very embarrassed and apologizing to the parents.

Marianne was a joy. The kids at our party were at the top end age wise for Princess Party (9), but Marrianne pulled it off. I would highly recommend adding the baloon portion to your show, as they kids really liked that. Finally, the Treasure Hunt was a real blast. Two days after her BD party, my daughter is still talking about it!

I hate to be negative, but I was very unhappy with my experience and I feel like it was a gigantic waste of money. I feel the party would have been better without the princess being there at all. I had a hard time contacting the company at first and had to leave 3 messages until they called back. She showed up 15 min late. She had absolutely NO "magical presence" about her. I requested face painting (I will never do that again, leaves everyone waiting while painting is being done) but she spent SOOOO long (1.5 hours) doing bad pictures on 7 guests that she did not really have time for anything else at all. I had to interrupt her for pinata, cake and game. No good.

I am VERY upset that Shannon feels this way! She said nothing to me about this at the party and she tipped me well. I arrived an hour early but was having unforeseen difficulties with the Rapunzel wig which caused me to walk in 15 minutes late. I apologized and stayed late. The children were enthralled and all the girls ran to give me hugs when I was leaving. We always accomodate our clients' needs and Shannon wanted only face painting. Everyone seemed impressed with my work and I heard not one negative comment. I also had a game for the kids to play while I was doing face painting and I had time to lead the piñata, sing Happy Birthday and take pictures.
