Derrick and his sister Julie simply NAILED IT. They personalized their talk to our cause and made everyone laugh and feel great. We really enjoyed everything they spoke about, and all of their points totally resonated with our cause. We truly couldn't have asked for a better fit. If you are thinking about booking with Derrick, DO IT. I promise you won't regret it.

If you're looking for a life-changing experience, Derrick is the motivational speaker you need. Prepare to be inspired and motivated like never before! Derrick's delivery is nothing short of flawless, and he had the entire audience in stitches with his humor. On top of that, he treated us to a mind-boggling magic trick that still has me scratching my head. You absolutely must see it for yourself!

We have held several years of comedic fundraisers. Derrick was far best of all that we have had! He researched and personalized the event for our organization, mission and the community that we serve. He did not leave a rock unturned and literally had people hanging on his every word up until the very end. We will definitely be asking him back ??

Derrick and Julie spoke to a mixed crowd of school support staff - EAs, custodians, clerical staff, bus drivers, youth care workers - their message of leading with kindness and love was well appreciated and delivered with humour. It was a perfect start to our pro-d event.

Derrick Tennant was awesome, there are not enough words to describe the overwhelming positive effect Derrick had on our company. Derrick was hired as a motivational speaker/comedian. Not only did he inspire us, he keep up laughing beyound belief. Derrick will definetly be coming back to our company for future events. If there was a full time positon at out company for a motivational speaker and comedian in one - he has the job. A week later employees are still raving...

We thoroughly enjoyed our comedy show with Derrick Tennant and his sister, Julie Tennant. Our audience included people of all ages and everyone had a great time and we received positive feedback from our attendees. He is relatable, genuine and funny and his relationship with Julie is inspiring to everyone who sees them interact. Derrick's presentation was engaging and completely captivated all of our staff. He was able to make his presentation specific and relevant to our company. He took the time to mingle with staff after his presentation. He even created statements of positivity that incorporated our initials "VTDC". To give you an outcome of yesterdays keynote, in walking down the hall today, I noticed that employees have replicated those statements and posted them on their walls to keep them in the forefront. His humor and motivation is unparalelled. We are already recommending him to other agencies and associations. His message and humor need to be shared. Thank you Derrick!
