I hired Millington Strings to perform at a our school Gala and they knocked it out of the park! Their performance was AMAZING!! People were in awe as they walked into the venue! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

A classy addition to our Indian Summer Gala. The Millington Strings quartet arrived early enough to get set up and warmed to the environment. They were extremely polite and professional. My small party of 10 was quickly enamored with their music including two violins, a viola, and a cello. We danced and enjoyed the time they played classical including extra songs from the Beatles including Eleanor Rigby and musically matched to the string instruments. I tipped them generously as they definitely deserved it and I will use them again.

It has been a privilege to have had Millington Strings provide their services for my mother's funeral. Not only were they accommodating in having to bring all their own equipment (chairs included), they were very punctual, professional and courteous. On a somewhat more personal note, because my own Mother was from the Philippines (and the first eight years of my life were spent there), I personally felt very "at home" surrounded by your family--all of my aunties married Americans and lived stateside, and looked just like your elderly ladies! So I guess it was just natural for me to love them all too!

I booked Millington Strings for my proposal, in the citizen hotel's suite balcony. They arrived about an hour before their start time to set up, and started playing on time. My fiance loved them, they sounded wonderful, and made our night special.

Millington Strings played for my wedding on August 7, and they did a fantastic job! We booked them a bit last minute and only gave them a few weeks to prepare, and we gave them almost NO guidance on what to play (we only had two specific song requests). They did a phenomenal job playing a wide variety of genres and following the cues provided at the event (playing the Game of Thrones and Star Trek themes after finding out during the toasts that we liked those shows, for example). Very flexible, very accommodating, very talented! I highly recommend booking them.

Steve Millington was very friendly and professional when coordinating our event. Our guest, including my wife, were very impressed with the dual that performed during our ceremony. The arrangements were discussed far in advanced so there were no issues during the entire wedding ceremony. We would definately recommend them to friends and family.

We enjoyed the Millington Strings at our wedding very much- they performed very well and were very accommodating. They are experts at what they do and have a wide repertoire- of not only great classical music but many popular pop selections as well. Overall, great experience with Millington Strings. I found it a little hard to reach them by email, so we had to do a lot of coordination by phone, which was tricky for coordinating set lists with a short turnaround time. That said, Steve and his crew were really lovely to work with - accommodating in short notice, and made an effort to congratulate the bride and groom at the end of the set, which was a nice touch.
