Jerri played piano for my father's 80th surprise birthday party. Excellent piano background music for dinner, music from 1930's through contemporary. Good comments from both young and old guests. Had not used GigMasters before. I recommend Jerri for your event.

Jerri played my baby grand piano for a holiday party at our home, she was great. Having Jerri play holiday music as well as other selections really enhanced the overall experience for our guests.

The music she played was great. Although I did not get to hear it all because I , of course, have to wait outside the room, I heard bits and pieces and it sounded great. I had asked her to learn Mazel Tov, and she was eager to do so. However, it did not seem to be the upbeat song we were anticipating. She did make an effort and for that, we appreciate it. It must be a hard job having never met the person hiring you and trying to fit their style too. Kudos to you for doing a great job. I'm sorry I never got to meet you, but look forward to hearing your talent in the video.

Prior to the wedding, I was very happy with Jerri. She was responsive, seemed accommodating to our special request songs, etc. She elected not to attend our rehearsal, which might have been a mistake. She was professional and on time for the event. However, her performance of 3 of the 4 songs was poor. Two groomsmen walked out to silence, one was the wrong song entirely, and the bridal procession song was played as though she hadn't practiced it at all, with missed notes, etc. I had guests tell me that she had also not played well during the guest seating.

I thought the music would be a big addition to our party but you could hardly hear it and I could have saved $160. and the party would have been just as good, so it would have been a nice touch if it was a little more peppy and you could hear it.

I had difficulties getting in touch with Jerri various times...3 days before the wedding I wasnt even sure she would show up. She played songs during my prelude that we never discussed, she ignored my program and fumbeled through the songs she did play. If I had known I would have "The Rose" played as my mother and mother in law walked for the ceremony- instead of the songs I had picked and emailed to Jerri-there is no way I would have ever agreed to a pianist through gigmasters. If you want to be organized, get a quick response and care about your music and the songs you pick for your perfect day-please find someone else.

Absolute disaster! She doesn't respond to my calls promptly. The performance was catastrophic. She lost the music selection list we'd sent. I had to buy her music sheets twice out of my pocket. She and her contractor didn’t play the songs as it was planned. They missed all special music for the readings. Even when they actually played the songs, the timing was totally off and our guests start rolling their eyes. There were so many mistakes; it was almost unbelievable. Some of my guest didn’t even believe that they were hired musicians. It was so embarrassing!

Did great job with Xmas carolls and Xmas music to entertain adults and kids at family Xmas dinner. Friendly nice accommodating sociable lady. Easy to work with and reasonable. Have used her twice now and was very satisfied

Jeri was very quick to respond to messages via GigMasters. She showed up on time. Was very engaging and played holiday songs and showtunes for our guests! Everyone had a great time and the music really made the evening special. She has traditional songs as well as some current songs too that our teens knew.

Jerri was very professional. She asked what songs we wanted and was willing to play requests. She even brought a jazz pianist friend along at no extra charge. She arrived early and played continuously throughout cocktails and dinner. We would highly recommend Jerri for your event.

We were so thrilled to have Jerri play at our wedding reception! Her song selection was perfect and we received so many compliments. She was very responsive and helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and she was willing to learn songs that weren't on her song list for the first dance and parent dances. Jerri was awesome! The people at my event gathered around the piano and sang Christmas songs. It was great fun!
