The reason for the 4.5 scores can be explained, and I feel I can explain the great extent we went to provide the professionalism of our company. My cellist was suppose to meet up with the violinist at her house at 4:45 and Donna had to leave at 5:15 to be on time and left directions on her door. At 5 min to 6 had not heard from the cellist and I madly scrambled home to find a sub cellist . I did and the "sub" cellist was late (naturally) but did show up and did a fantastic job (reason for 5 overall talent). Found out the next day , the missing cellist was hospitalized that morning will Mal Seizures. In the situation I think "we saved the event"....Review by Susan H.

I have no idea what the client is referring. We did all requests, stayed longer than the wedding (through pictures even), and we all play together as a group frequently with many good referals. This is strange to me. That all told us (only about 20 guests) how great we sounded and were surpised we stayed so long. In fact several people asked for our business cards. We were early, did what was asked, played very well and left feeling good about the experience. Even commented on how pretty the couple was and how intimate the setting. This one has me baffeled. But we do about 200 weddings a year, and guess cant please everyone. Had no idea they were disappoiReview by Jessica P.

Rob Erickson was the pianitst for the Jessica on 12-1 06 at the Rice Hotel. I called Rob to see what he had to say, because he is so professional, gets lots of repeats, and always does his best. He said he inquired about the piano before gig and they said it was in tune and in good shape. He got there, that was not the case...some of the keys didnt work, so had to stay in a two octave for most part. So noisy couldnt be heard at all unless leaning over the piano. he played from 7-8:30 without a break, then that went inside and left him out till 10 when they came back. Told him to play livlier music and he did, but couldnt be heard and limited access to keyboardReview by Julie M.

All these comments are totally untrue. We have over 250+ 5-star reviews and have a reputation of having satisfied clients. We never complained about anything, never confronted the brides about our "wishes to be met", only to let her know we were there. The selections began and ended with the cues given as discussed, and considering the "out of our arranged music library", thought we did quite remarkably with their "special requests". Guests commented to us quite positively. We always do what we are told and never "demand" any "special considerations". We play at Ashton Gardens frequently and always have all positive feedback.Review by Lynne V.

This wedding had some unfortunate, unavoidable circumstances. The lead violinist had a major car accident late the night before and had to find an available violinist at the"12th" hour. The original cellist also had an emergency and had substituted a new one unacquainted at the last minute with the wedding details. The cue person in back gave the cue to the cellist instead of Larry, the lead, and he stopped the musicians too soon. All went well except for the short time lapse with the moms being seated and the bridesmaids entering. With our over 200+ five star review for perfect weddings, sometimes life happens. This person was not that easy to work with anyway.Review by Lisa N.

Concerned about weather & and not knowing which location being used had its issues. Started playing at earlier than contracted time and played as instructed, under difficult circumstances. Moving a harp to two different locations in light rain.Spent extra effort and time with bride /Dad on program and special requests and extra rehearsal. All went well except cue requested when moms to enter was not given but being pros, managed to figure it out.Not much help from co-ordinators,or return calls to bride. Got many compliments even from minister. We did our job and did it well, even under the dire circumstances and most musicians will not even play in such conditions.
