We highly recommend Alexandra NYC Cellist & Ensembles! Alexandra was very responsive and professional. She arrived on time and the music was fantastic. She has a wide repertoire of music, both classical and contemporary, and is very helpful in helping you make good selections. We hired her to play during our wedding ceremony and would hire her again.

Alexandra and her ensemble were amazing! Not only were they punctual and professional, their ability to mix traditional classical songs in for our processional with contemporary songs from the top 40 and the Beatles, created a perfect atmosphere for our cocktail hour. Can't thank them enough!

During the booking process Alexandra was quick to respond and communicated with real clarity. She has a great repertoire and it was easy to come up with our ceremony music, and she was able to accommodate our musical taste for the reception perfectly.
On the day of our wedding she arrived well on time and was able to roll with our DIY ceremony even though I didn't really have a chance to chat beforehand. Her ensemble played impeccably, the arrangements were great and it sounded amazing both outside and in. I was super happy the performance and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

I hired Alexandra to play at my Father's funeral, to both augment the church's regular organist and cantor, as well as play some solo pieces.
Alexandra played beautifully and was a pleasure to deal with, she plays with perfect intonation, exquisite tone and with the rare grace, passion and artistry of someone who has dedicated countless hours to her instrument and has the musical talent to go along with that dedication. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alexandra. She is a magnificent cellist, and her communication and professionalism were first class. I would hire her again without hesitation.

Alexandra's musicianship and professionalism made my bride's and my planning much easier. Alexandra played at our wedding ceremony at Ladies Pavilion, Central Park.
We are from the UK and flew over 25 friends and family to see myself and my husband get married in the city he proposed in a year ago.
We were recommended to use GigMasters by a friend who had also got married in New York.
Alexandra was prompt in her approach to play for us, easy to communicate with, happy to play a certain piece I had requested as I arrived with my dad and extremely professional.
Her performance prior and post to the ceremony was exceptional, a very talented cellist.
We fully recommend Alexandra for bookings, she was a pleasure to work with.

Alexandra was very professional, arrived on time and played beautifully. We had requested 2 songs she wasn't familiar with but she learned them and played them beautifully. She added such a wonderful and elegant touch to our small wedding ceremony!
