This is the second time we have had Rafael at our hospital for an employee event. He does a wonderful job and the employees loved him and are always amazed by their pictures. Rafael was absolutely wonderful at our Wedding Reception! While Rafael was very quiet and reserved while he drew, his partner was talkative and ensured the guests were comfortable while getting their caricature drawn. The art style was comical, and the guests got a kick out of them. It was people's favorite part of our party! They took a picture of each of our guests for us, and Rafael was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely use them for future events, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to spice up their wedding reception with something non-traditional.

I cannot say enough good things about Rafael. My family wasn't sold on the idea of a caricature artist for our son's high school graduation party, but I thought it was something different and wanted to give it a try. There was some shyness from our guests at first, but once they saw Rafael's talent and creative interpretation, they couldn't wait to get theirs done! In fact, I asked him to stay 90 minutes longer because we couldn't get enough. Truly a memorable experience and worth every penny. What a great addition to any celebration.

We hired Rafael for our wedding cocktail hour and reception. Rafael was both professional and friendly. Communication prior to the event was always prompt. During the event, he worked quickly without compromising quality. To my knowledge, everyone that wanted their portrait done was able to do so. I was contacted ahead to confirm the time arrangements as our event was over night. Rafael was on time and did a good job drawing for our students. Everything went as planned and I would recommend using Rafael.

I did not have the opportuntity to view his work as I was busy with other things during the event. However, I have heard positive feedback from the majority of students. Unfortunately, three hours was not long enough to have all the attendees who wanted a drawing completed, so we will know to plan for a longer time frame in the future.

Rafael was great! He was on time and I loved his caricatures. However, I requested at the time of booking that he put my husband's name and the 50th on each pic and he very inconsistently did that and guests commented later to me on that.

Rafael did a great job handling and accommodating all the guests. He was light-hearted and friendly, and he was able to knock out a solid number of caricatures per hour. Only reason for stars was because I wish he could have been a little more creative with backgrounds and themes on the pictures. He also made my wife look very heavy in our caricature - not flattering at all. Overall, good talent for fair price.
