Dan was great!! We hired him for a sweet 16 party. The guests adult and teen alike enjoyed it. It was our entertainment and party favor all in one. The guests would sit in variety of combinations, groups and singles. According to guests..he was more "realistic" and liked that. He was super easy to work with in advance, arrived on time, polite and very professional. He (with prior approval) stayed pAst hired window to make sure all had had enough fun. Would recommend him with out question and hire him again too!

Dan Springer was amazing. Very professional and friendly. He was very helpful. When I had a little trouble finding a second caricaturists for my wedding, he didn't hesitate to give me some recommendations. My wedding guests loved him and loved getting their pictures drawn. Dan was asked to stay an extra half hour to draw more of my guests and he did so without hesitation. I would highly recommend Dan Springer to anyone looking for a caricaturists. Thank you so much!

Dan was a pleasure to have at my daughters birthday party! He was able to handle the hectic environment the surrounded him. He was hired for an extra hour because of the high demand. I would recommend him to family and friends for their events.

Dan was a hit at our son's first birthday party. He handled the chaos of little kids (aged 10 and younger) crowding around him and probably bumping into him and his easel with ease. He worked non stop and never asked for a break (but he did take a very short one after it was offered), even though we ended up having him stay an hour and a half longer than we planned (because he was so popular with the kids and adults both!). We were very happy with dan and would highly recommend him to anyone. We also received lots of compliments about him and his art work from our guests!

Let me start by saying that not all caricature artists are equal. Each one has his/her own style, and some are certainly more talented than others at capturing a person’s physical features. In that light, Dan is amazing! He is truly talented and highly skilled—he’s a graduate of the illustration department at the RISD and it shows in his work. What’s more, he is very professional. We hired him for our wedding and he arrived on time, was well dressed, and worked overtime (at a pre-determined rate) so that more people could have their portraits made. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Dan, both in terms of the experience and the quality of his caricatures.

We were very happy with Dan. Having a caricaturist at our small family party really added a layer of novelty and fun. Dan was very professional and his caricatures were great. Dan was scheduled to start at 6 pm and he came early with plenty time to set up etc. We had little kids standing around him watching him draw and he did not get annoyed or flustered at all. Dan was able to draw children as well as older folks. We opted for color caricatures (rather than black and whites) and while it took longer than we expected- we were all happy with the results and we now have bright and fun pictures to hang up. I would definitely recommend Dan!!
