I am a middle eastern style belly dancer, which includes Arabic and Egyptian fusion, salsa and Bollywood. My dance is very feminine and graceful, and always family friendly!!  I love to engage my audience and invite people to get up and dance with me.  I dance at many venues that also include benefits, corporate and black tie events.  I danced at Cairo Caravan-2009 (California) and competed at Wiggles of the West-2009, held in Las Vegas. I was a solo performer in the first Arab American Festival in Phoenix.   April 2010, I danced in California at Rakassah, and perfomed at The Tempe Center for the Arts in the dance show, Mujeres, 2010 and 2011.    Feb. 2011, Alexandria Dance Company, one of the professional troupes I dance with, competed at the Belly Dancer of the Universe Competition in California.  Performed at Art of the Belly, 2012 and 2016.   ****I am a AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and AFAA certified Zumba instructor, and AFAA certified Osteoball trainer.   I was featured in So Scottdale Magazine-Health issue, November 2009, and in the July, 2010 edition of Phoenix Woman Magazine.

I have danced with Sestraluna, Rakkaset Nadirah and Raqs Rendezvous dance troupes, and performed solo all over the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia areas) for private events.   I also performed at the Kennedy Center, 2019.   I have also performed on a cruise ship (MSC Divinia), and danced in Portugal.    I moved to South Carolina June 2020.

We really enjoyed Amira and Jezebelle… Our event was A great one because of them!! 

She was great and engaged with audiance and the interaction made a great atmospher for our event. As a result of that our event was very fun and everyone enjoyed her talent. I highly recommend her. She is fun and easy to work with. I will use her again and i recommend her to all my friends and family . 

Amira was so pleasant and looked amazing when dancing. She was not overwhelmed by our crowd of over 1,200 people. Our staff was really excited that she came on board and can't wait to work with her again.
