Shawn is incredible!! He helped me every step of the way in planning which drinks to serve at our wedding (listing pros and cons for each option to help me decide), how much to buy and where to buy it. He was so understanding and accommodating when I called him from the grocery store with questions. Even while he was on vacation he called me to follow up and answer questions. He is a gem of a human and an extraordinary bartender!! His drinks and delivery are also ammmazing! Professional and personable. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we still have people commenting on how wonderful Shawn was. I seriously can't say enough about this guy!

Shawn (All Occasions Bartending) was fantastic! He was the bartender for my wedding in May 2018. Shawn worked with me for a few months before the wedding to determine the right amount and types of alcohol, patiently answering all of my questions and providing thorough information. I was planning the entire wedding myself, and there were a lot of moving pieces - so it was such a pleasure to have Shawn in control of anything having to do with the bar/alcohol section. He did everything from cooling drinks, to set-up, to fantastic bartending, to tear down. Guests commented on how friendly he was, too! I would recommend All Occasions Bartending for any event. I hired Shawn for my engagement party recently and he was really great. Super friendly, pretty chill, and even helped us with setting up the tables and decorations! Everyone that I had talked to had nothing but positive feedback. He's just a wholesome guy in general and I would definitely hire him again for another event. On top of being helpful the day of, Shawn was also really professional and organized with all the preparations and planning for drinks and shopping list.

All Occasions Bartending covered my wedding at the 1909 in Topanga. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Shawn was extremely professional and handled our wedding of 90 people with ease. Shawn had experience with our venue before so he was able to guide us on everything we should look out for before the big day. On our wedding day, Shawn showed up exactly when he said he would with everything ready to go. On top of being extremely reliable, Shawn was also very friendly and fun with all of our guests. He was very helpful in planning, offered al-a-carte pricing so we could pick an choose the services we needed, and he saved the day with suggestions for things I hadn't even thought of. We recently hired Shawn to bartend our wedding. First off, he is an absolute professional, hands down. His communication is clear, his attitude is friendly, and his service is top-notch. Shawn really went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, including helping us come up with a shopping list for all the booze and mixers we needed for our open bar! The bartender at All Occasions Bartending was professional, curteous, reasonable and above all else on top of everything. He contstantly updated us on things like getting his liability insurance to the venue without us even asking him too. He literally took initiative during the entire process which in planning a wedding you find is not common. He's a very nice man and I would recommend him for every event. He was one of, if not our favorite vendor.

Shawn and his crew was awesome. He handled everything for my wedding of 160 people, provided all the accessories (equipment, bars, coolers, cups, ice, and mixers), gave me drink recommendations, provided a shopping list for the estimated number of guests, and showed up looking very professional. We hired All Occasions for our wedding. I can't help but feel extremely disappointed with the quality of the drinks. We had two very simple signature drinks (Moscow mule and old fashioned) and the drinks were just awful. They tasted like pure alchol. After the wedding we had multiple guests come to us, telling us that the drinks were bad. I (the groom) ordered an old fashioned and I might as well have ordered straight whiskey. I am very disappointed with the quality of the drinks. Don't get me started on the Moscow mule. I'm surprised with the high reviews on Yelp. We really had high hopes but we're let down.

My husband and I had our wedding at a non-traditional venue in Irvine, where things were not perfectly laid out for our staffing/vendors and many things needed to be improvised.
From the first meeting through to the end, Shawn was truly a joy to work with and one of the best part of our wedding! He was responsive and prompt with the endless amount of questions and requests I had during the planning stage, came early since the venue didn't offer beverage cooling to make sure that our guests had iced drinks when the wedding started. Throughout the wedding, I got numerous compliments about his wonderful service. Can't say enough great things about my experience!!!
