This was the second time Doug entertained our kids. He is jsut great! I am sure other Gig Masters are talented like Doug. However, he is so pleasant and nice. This is the collective opnions from the moms at the party. We just Love him!

Doug was very professional and polite to all in the party. The kids had so much fun and enjoyed the baloon twisting Dough had made. I was just expecting more options of pictures to face painting. Thanks for coming to my son's birthday party.

Great service. Doug was always available for any questions prior to the event. He was accommodating, punctual and made the kids very comfortable with getting their faces painted. It was a toddler party so for most, this was their first time with this experience. Doug was really talented with the balloons. The only slight negative I had was I wish there was more variety with the images he was painting. There was a lot of bunnies and rainbows. I would've preferred a wider variety. But overall I would highly recommend supernova!

Doug was excellent, he came exactly when he said he would. Everyone was so impressed with his skills, his patience. Every child that was there got the same service and treatment. Doug will definately used for next event. Thank you so much for responding first Doug, you were greatly appreciated.

Overall, just ok. Arrived 45 min earlier than our scheduled time which was a confilct with everyone eating. He did stay to accomodate all of the kids painting and balloon needs but it was still frustrating. Kids weren't "entertained" with balloon twisting - balloons were made, put in a pile and then handed to the kids. Variety of paintings were limited. Not really the "life of the party" I was hoping for. UPDATE: After being unsatisfited with my review, he called me at home asking me to change my low star rating to a 5 star because it effects his income. After telling him I rated him honestly, he said" F*** You" and Hung up on me!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I am sorry to hear Mrs. B felt that way. Her interpretation is quite different than the actual events. Regarding what she thought she heard Mrs. B was confused and mistook my "Thank you" for something else.

Doug created a balloon sculpture after another for my son's 5th birthday party. The kids loved him and the "wolverine claw" and "space kitty". Doug was super-nice, prompt and totally professional. I was lucky and had Doug come and do ballon making and face and hand painting for a group of about 15 toddlers for my daughter's 1st birthday. There are not any words that can describe how exciting the evening was for my daughter's 2nd bday party. The children and adults were so surprised at the awesome talent that Doug had when making the balloons. He made Elmo (Seame Street theme), Spiderman, Space Kitty, Alien, and a variety of others. The face painting was great as well. Many thanks to Doug and Supernova for a wonderful evening.

Doug was great! He was puntctual. He stayed till all the kids needs were met. He satisfied all the kids from 2 years old to 15 and even some of the adults. He was so patient and we didnt even know he was there except for the mob of children around his corner. I highly recommend doug, i will def use him again. Thank you doug!

Doug showed up on time and ready to roll. He was great with the kids- and his balloons-were-AMAZING! Many people at the party remarked that they hadn't seen anyone create balloons like that before. Quite a talent and a really nice guy. I'd recommend SuperNovA to anyone. We had mostly boys at our party in our home and he occupied them (as did the balloons, particularly the bow and arrow balloons) beautifully!
