She is a professional, so first of all, she should expect the unexpected traffic, accidents when traveling. She was 30 minutes late to the party. This was a very special birthday party for my daughter and we spent a lot of money for this place. I announced to the girls that we will have baloon and face painting. She forgot to bring face painting and girls were very disappointed. The whole experience was not satisfying at all. She offered 20 % discount but this was beyond that. Money can't fix the disappointed kids. Genuinely disappointed that the party was not perfect.

We had the pleasure of hosting Balloon Expressions at our company family picnic, and they truly elevated the event with their creativity and vibrant energy. They created an array of amazing balloon animals, from classic favorites like dogs and swords to more elaborate creations like hats and flowers. Their fun and engaging personality made everyone feel welcome, and their ability to create on-the-spot balloon designs added a playful and awesome touch to the day. I would absolutely recommend Donna for a party. She worked well with the children, was very accommodating and was able to 'read' the crowd of 4 years olds and be flexible with her balloon and face painting, when they were being indecisive with what they wanted. A few of the parents mentioned they would hire her in the future as well. She was a 'necessary' addition to our daughter's party!

Donna was great! We hired her to do balloon twisting at our one-year-old's birthday party. Donna created intricate sculptures out of balloons; all very unique and creative. She took requests from all the children and even twisted balloons for adults at the party. We received many compliments about having her at our party.

Donna did an amazing job! Everyone couldnt stop talking about how great she did. She doesnt just do basic balloon designs, she does very intricate, complicated balloon designs that the kids love! The kids kept going up for more, and the adults were all asking for her number.
