Don Neil was very courteous, friendly and professional. He communicated well with me in logistics of time , place and music to be played at. Y brothers funeral He was dressed in authentic Irish clothing, kilt and all. He was respectful of me, my family and other guests at the funeral.

I hired Don to surprise my parents at their 62nd Anniversary Party. He was such a great hit with everyone attending. It was so nice to have him come walking up playing and see the look on everyone's faces. He played for 30 minutes, and took requests, even though he had not planned on that. He was so accommodating by getting his book out of the car to play pieces he had not prepared for. I have had so many people comment on what a great addition he was to the party! I would hire him again for an event for sure!!!

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Don's talent and professionalism helped our service to go so smoothly and added the memorable touch that we hoped to have for my fathers memorial. I highly recommend Don Neil for all of your Bagpiper needs! Lastly, having Don play the bagpipes during our service added such a special touch that my father would have loved and anyone attending will never forget - so many compliments!!

Don was great! we booked him to play the bagpipes for our Dad's 90th birthday. It turned out to be the perfect gift! He loved it! My grandmother had always talked about wanting the bagpipes played at her funeral. Without the forethought to have one ready when that day came, we had to act fast to find someone. Don replied almost immediately. The price was very reasonable and included his over an hour travel time each way. He had excellent communication and knew exactly what to do for a graveside service relieving the pressure on the family. The performance was absolutely beautiful and I know the town will be talking about the bagpiper at Shirley Chandler's funeral for years to come. Thanks, Don!

We hired Don Neil to play bagpipes at my stepfather's funeral and would highly recommend him to others. Don is quite talented and knowledgeable about the instrument, and the music was beautiful. What I appreciated most, however, was how immediately responsive Don was to my back-and-forth emails in the planning stage and how accommodating he was, both with his schedule (rescheduling a personal doctor appointment which conflicted with our event) and with our song selections (he learned a new-to-him song for us!). Thank you, Don, for going above and beyond!
