David showed up early and, introduced himself. I showed him where he was to perform and he did so immediately. Played the songs that we requested and a few of his own choices. The crowd thoroughly enjoyed it and applauded after each song and had a nice conversation with him afterwards then offered him food and drink. If you ever need a bagpiper to perform for you for any occasion, I would highly recommend David. He's very professional in all aspects. Thanks again David, you were the best!

I would like to thank Dave on be have of my family, for a very professional bagpiping at my brothers funeral.. words will never explain how much this meant to not only me but my whole family.Dave did amazing job,he was so professional,polite,and a true gentlemen. We are so happy that David played at our wedding! He was professional and very accommodating . He is an amazing bagpipe player, I had tears in my eyes pulling up in the car to him playing. All my guests commented on how beautiful it was. I highly recommend David. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, he's the one lol

We were told it would be impossible to find a bag pipe player during the Highland games, but David was nice enough to come. he was just amazing. His playing was beautiful and it made my father's service Extra special. We are eternally grateful.

David agreed to come perform for us on extremely short notice. He arrived early and was professional in every way. David is extremely talented in his playing ability. His overall appearance was impecible. He mixed well with the crowd after the performance and was very personable and gracious in answering questions in an informative way about his instrument and skills. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to hear him play the bagpipes. He did an awesome job! He deserves highest marks for his performance skills. Thanks, David! We hope to meet you again.

Dave Ibbotson (piperdave) provided traditional bag pipe music for my best friends departed husband Ceremony of Life service. He made contact with her a number of times before the service to make sure the music selection and its order. Dave arrived early and quitely prepared for the ceremony . Dave opened the ceremony, played in the middle and at the end. Each song was flawlessly performed. A true artist and a man of stature.

Piper Dave was excellent. He played at my father's memorial service and was very professional throughout the whole process. Very easy to contact, well-planned, guided us through the Gigmasters process, and was open to our plan for the service. Dave showed up early to the venue and executed the plan very well. Many thanks to Piper Dave. We hope to use him again, but for a happier event next time. Many thanks again. Stop researching and just book him.

Very professional, looked great in his kilt! This was a surprise for the guests at my daughters wedding, he played the theme from "Star Wars" on the bagpipe, it was fantastic! He also played a few traditional tunes which the guests loved.

David was exceptional, very professional, & really, really gave us "the perfect send-off" for my father. The gravesite service could not have turned out any better & I would recommend him to anyone; if asked to do so. My family couldn't have been more pleased nor more touched by his performance. I hired him without telling the family so it came as a great surprise to all. Just lovely.

David was one of my husband's favorite parts at our recent wedding--and we had a harpist, violinist and barbershop quartet band! He was also very willing to accommodate my requests to keep his appearance from my husband and the guests a secret until after they announced us man and wife. His traditional garb was great and the music was so beautiful. Everyone really enjoyed his bag piping!

Dave Ibbotson played at my brother's funeral and he was wonderful. It was a very challenging day due to a very important family member running late. It was outdoors and very hot. Dave patiently waited, was supportive, and performed perfectly. I would highly recommend Dave for any occasion.

David showed up early, looked great and was extremely professional. He accommodated everything we asked of him and was the highlight of my dad's memorial service. He even had our 80 year old Scottish friends singing along and tapping their feet. Would not hesitate to use him again!
