Dan made our ceremony extra special with his beautiful playing. His willingness to travel for events is wonderful, even for a short time, and I highly recommend him to others looking for an ethereal musical element.

Dan was great and his music was perfect for our event. I would highly recommend him to others. He was also very easy to reach and communicate with before the event. He was on time and played exactly what we wanted him too, he even learned a new song that we requested. We were all very pleased :) Teresa from Massachusetts

Dan was one of the best parts of our wedding!!! He played all of the music for the ceremony and people were raving all day about how beautiful the music was. Dan was a pleasure to work with--a total professional, accomodating, flexible, efficient, responsive, and gave me GREAT suggestions. And he is incredibly talented, he played multiple instruments and every song was gorgeous. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

This has been a while since I used Daniel Meyes, I apologize. I used him for my wedding on Sept 9, 2017 along with his trio. Daniel was amazing, he setup outside our church with his bagpipes before and after the ceremony. And then his trio came to our reception as well and played for our cocktail hour. I can't recommend him and his team enough if you are looking for live music for your event. Thank you again Daniel for making my wedding so special.

Fantastic communicator, very talented musician, professional, punctual, very like able ..... He was an essential addition to the Memorial Service we had for my brother. He has a huge repertoire of songs and needs no direction choosing suitable, evicative, appropriate music. I wish I had hired him for many more hours.

Dan was beyond responsive via email and phone. I felt confident after speaking with Dan that he understood my wishes. He executed them perfectly. The pipes are softer and our family enjoyed them immensely. Attendees did not want to leave the cemetery after the service because he was still playing and it afforded them more time to talk to one another. AND he was early to the site, which allowed me to relax.

We could not have been happier with how everything went with Dan. He was super easy to work with leading up to our wedding and was very responsive and accommodating. The day of he was on time and the music was beautiful, everything we had hoped it would be. We are so thankful we chose him and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Well done!
Birthday Party (Adult)•Reviewed on June 27, 2016•From Hopkinton, MA
Dan provided the exact kind of music that we wanted for our event (acoustic celtic). When his usual band was unavailable, he pulled together a trio for us, and we were very pleased. Many guests commented to me on how how much they enjoyed the music -- in conversation, a particular town in Ireland came up, and the group played a song from that county! One guest requested a song, and they played it! They took turns taking breaks so we didn't really have a lull in the music. We look forward to having another party and asking them to play again for us!

Dan was amazing. His rendition of Amazing Grace at the wedding Mass was the most moving I have ever heard. He is an extraordinary musician. He brought our Celtic heritage to life at my daughter's wedding. Raglan Road, March of the King of Laoise, Lament for Limerick, She Moves Through the Fair and so many others were played with poetry and passion. I recommend him to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and exhilaration of traditional Irish music played on the Irish pipes.Dan has a gift and we are all so lucky that he shares it.

Actually, on talent, Daniel should get a 10, he is a phenomenal player, his knowledge of the instruments exceptional. The Pipes, IMO, are absolutely beautiful when played well and if not, can be a trip to Dante's Inferno. Daniel's command of this intricate instrument is exceptional.
First experience with the Uilleann Pipes ( Irish )for me & this congregation, as well as tin whistle and low whistle. He is a professional musician and a wonderful person to be with and work in the context of a church service, not always easy. The feedback from the congregation has been the same. His rapport with people just as wonderful in explaining the Pipes to them afterwards.
