Fred Payne was a dream to work with. His talent on the bagpipes is phenomenal and his attention to all the details was so reassuring that the memorial service would be beautiful! From my first interaction with Fred to our follow-up communication after our mom's graveside service, everything was done so easily and with excellence. He made himself available to satisfy our needs and played his bagpipes reflecting his name as the Champion Bagpiper. I highly recommend him for any event that you need a high caliber bagpiper and gentleman.

We couldn’t have asked for more from our experience with our Bagpiper. We were having a Celebration of Life and he was a most important element as Mom was born in Scotland and each of the major life celebrations of our family have been marked with bagpipes. He arrived promptly, worked around special requirements for children, played NO Irish tunes by request and was appreciated by everyone in attendance including the neighborhood! In addition, he looked the part! We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing the services of a professional bagpiper!

Very professional, very prompt. Fred played excellent bagpipes for my father's celebration of life. I had so many guests compliment on how good Fred played the bagpipes. I would rate Fred with a higher rating but 5 is as high as the scale would allow.

????????????????????He was magnificent... awesome ??..My Dad passed away . This was a burial ceremony . His experience and timing of when to play and what to play perfection ... He pulled back for the Va Taps flag presentation to my Mom . He played a great burial march when we brought the casket into burial area. He played amazing Grace my moms favorite song ... at the perfect time . All his choices of music perfection .. when ceremony was over he played as he exited the ceremony . 10 ?? ??????????????????????

Fred is an amazing talent and true professional. My mother passed away and our family held a small graveside service. Overwhelmed and unprepared, I appreciated how independent, experienced and professional he was. I did not have plan a thing, it was totally appropriate; he did it all and it was amazing. My mom would have loved it and my family will remember it forever.

Fred did an amazing job performing at my mom’s memorial service. He’s an excellent musician and figured out the details of where and what to play with little guidance. The ceremony was at a military cemetary so the timing was very short and plans kept changing until the last minute. My family was very happy with how things turned out. Mom would have loved the service. Would highly recommend Fred for any performance where you need professionalism and talent. He also looked really cool in his kilt and was very nice.
