We had a rehearsal dinner for our sons wedding, RD was great, he played for the entire time of the dinner, music selection was great. He showed up early and had lots of compliments from the guests. We would highly recommend RD for your event

I cannot praise Russell enough. What A class act!
He arrived in a suit and tie ahead of time for setup. Having set up in one location for our welcome reception, he played for about an hour, then moved his equipment quietly to where we would have dinner and continued playing for two hours. He always kept the volume at a perfect level and his music is very tasteful. He is an incredibly talented individual. Our audience included musicians, and even they were impressed. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

R.D. King was fast to respond, easy to plan with and very friendly. His music was the perfect background for a beach welcome party the night before a wedding and set the ideal vibe. His covers are awesome but his originals are even better. Multiple guests were bummed not to see him back on the beach the following day as the bride walked down the aisle. He would have been perfect!

We had a wonderful day, in large part, due to the magical atmosphere R.D. King provided! The day was centered around a birthday celebration, and we hired R.D. King to provide a background of soothing acoustic guitar selections that would be suited to a cafe-style garden party. He came up with a compilation of songs that flowed beautifully in that setting. We later moved our gathering inside where R.D. set up in the living room, transitioning seamlessly to a more intimate musical experience. He even played specific songs by request, which we thoroughly enjoyed. R.D. King is hugely talented, engaging and personable. He is a wonderful asset to any event!

He took time to send me his playlist from which to select popular music from. Answered every email/text that I had concerns about and accommodated to some requests made.
Very accommodating with modification/changes to “program” of evening on the day of the dinner celebration as well. He was asked one week before gig to accompany family member in singing 1 song. RD King did so with ease. I was pleased Bash had him as a choice for our small family gathering for 50th Anniversary dinner celebration. I would recommend him and in the future, hire him again.

We were so fortunate to have Russell available for our gravesite memorial service. His musical talent made the event so special as he led us in song, but he was also very professional in advising us in choosing appropriate selections and in attending to details leading up to the date. Russ played at our wedding during the ceremony and the cocktail hour. He was incredible! Prior to our wedding he had sent us a few clips of him playing his guitar so that we could decide if he was what we were looking for. He is so talented that we chose one of the songs he sent as an example to be played during our processional. We had never heard the song prior to and absolutely fell in love with it. He was easy to communicate with, reliable, and we had no issues at all on our wedding day. He was a pleasure to work with. Many of our guests are talented musicians and have gone out of their way to tell us how impressed they were with Russ. We HIGHLY recommend him!
