A wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and the wedding ceremony itself is the very beginning of your life together; it symbolizes unity: partnership as a married couple no longer is held separate but as one being. After your wedding day, when you look back, the parts you will remember best, and most fondly, are the feelings you had during your ceremony service when you were giving yourself to one another, that first kiss as being pronounced married. Knowing this…Wedding ceremonies are very personal, and couples will want it to be the most memorable. So, no matter what the size of your wedding, your ceremony can be as simple or customized as you like. Remember, it is “your” wedding day, “your” ceremony! As your officiant, I take the time to get to know the two of you and work with you to construct your ceremony into something that is unique and reflects who you both are as a couple. There are no "rules" to a ceremony service as to what must or must not be included other than the couple's "consent" and my "pronouncement" of the couple being married. All the rest is flexible and can be customized to fit the couple's wants and needs. My work does not stop as an officiant. I offer other services as well: Wedding planning, bridal updo's, writing and personalizing wedding ceremonies, and so on. I work on the east coast of Florida in Volusia County ---Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange area, and connecting towns within Volusia County. I do travel outside of Volusia at times, but prices do go up. Our package prices begin at $125.00 and goes up, depending on couple's wants. We do have a package for everyone, and our packages can be customized to fit the couples needs and wants. So do not hesitate to ask for a free consultation to receive a free quote. You may even request a booklet with base prices through email, but they are just base...not customized to fit each couple special day the way they might want it. Remember, things can be added or removed upon the request of couple to receive their customized quote. We do travel for an additional fee. We work with you to ensure that your journey in preparing for your special day is as stress free as it can be on our end. You should be able to look back with fond memories of that life changing experience you went through. We, Collins Wedding Creations, know that there are many officiates to solemnize marriages, but it takes a deep understanding, love, devotion, and a passion for a person to perform a special ceremony service. No matter who you pick make your they meet your standards and you as a couple feel comfortable with them. One last thing...All couple getting married in the state of Florida must follow the required marriage laws set by that state. Couples must also obtain their own license and have waited at least 3 days prior to their wedding ceremony, or had taken the required marriage class before their ceremony can preformed. The only exception to this rule is for couples coming in from another state, there is no waiting period. Please got to review the Florida marriage laws.
