Susan Keser Violinist from New York City, NY

You may have seen her captivating crowds in Central Park or at a recent celebrity wedding in Connecticut... Susan Keser has 31 years of concertmaster and soloist experience behind her. Today, she's left behind her orchestral roots to perform for private events. Brief History: Susan has a Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance from Indiana University School of Music, Bloomington, IN. She studied with Tadeusz Wronski and Henryk Kowalski. In Cologne, Germany, Susan continued her studies of violin at the Musikhochshule zu Koln, with Berta Volmer. She then moved on to to Italy, where she made guest appearances in Milan, Pisa, Genova and Rome. When she married her husband, she moved to Turkey to become the Turkish National Symphony's concertmaster. In this role, she toured the world, performing in front of international crowds. Her travels took her to Milwaukee, WI, where she was a regular soloist in local symphony orchestras. In 2001, Susan and her family moved to Strasbourg, where she continued to perform and teaching French youth in the local music conservatory. Today, she is living in Manhattan, available for a variety of private events.
