Born May 2nd, 1993, ill Will has been around music his whole life. His father, a producer in Lansing, MI, raised him around all types of studio equipment, microphones, mixing boards, pianos, drums, guitars, etc. At the age of 10 ill began sneaking into his father's studio when he fell asleep, trying to learn how to work the equipment. As time went by he got the hang of it, but after seeing artists come to the studio to record their mixtapes, albums, etc, it inspired him to become a rapper. ill has always been a writer and loved to write, but not until the 11th grade in High School did he began actually recording songs. ill has many different types of styles and can rap on pretty much any type of beat.
