The Jon Bates Band is over the top. I would rehire them in a heart beat. They knocked it out of the park. We are old people and they had all of us up dancing from the very first song. They were friendly but professional. Their talent with instruments is beyond compare. I highly recommend hiring all 7 members as their harmonies were mesmorizing. Loved the sax player? YUM! What more can I say except: Thank you Jon Bates! I sincerely hope to have you and the band back again in the near futue. If anyone is looking for a go to band that does it all do not hesitate! Look no further, as the Jon Bates Band are the most talented, accommodating, and professional entertainers that you can find. But so much more than that, is the genuine warmth and great spirit that they share with each other and all your family/friends. They make the day all about you and doing everything possible to exceed even the highest of expectations. The Jon Bates Band performed at my wedding and they are the best!! Giving them our "special dance" song selections was virtually the only direction I gave, and I let them do the rest. At the reception and days and weeks to follow, I had guests asking me "where did you find this/that band?!" Everyone exclaimed how great they were! I had no worries on my wedding day and it was an absolute hit!!

Fantastic,terrific,exceptional,professional,wonderful- aren't enough adjectives to describe the Jon Bates Band! Easy to reach-easy to plan the special musical items for the wedding-their sound is fantastic- No one stopped dancing all night long! They have an extensive song list, and during the 2 short breaks,the taped music kept everyone on the dance floor so there were no lulls. They enhanced the wedding-weren't the show itself- I just can't recommend them highly enough! I know that we will go no where else for our next daughter's wedding music-and many guests asked for their name. They are the best ever-Anyone would be lucky to have the Jon Bates Band!

This was the first time in my life that I had a need to hire a full, 10-piece band. I was nervous at first, but Jon and the rest of the band made the whole process so easy. To put it simply, they are AWESOME! They listened carefully to my requests and made the whole night amazing! They played song after song and each time I would say to myself, "I love this song!". They really did a fantastic job and had the whole crowd dancing. I would not only recommend them for any other couple thinking of having a band for their wedding, but am trying to come up with a good excuse myself to hire them again soon. :) Thank you!

I can't recommend the Jon Bates Band enough! I booked them to play at my mom's 60th birthday party. Leading up to the event, Jon was super accommodating- He visited our venue on multiple occasions to ensure the best possible set up. During the party, Jon and the band were flexible with our schedule and prepared to play a special song upon my mom's arrival. Everyone at the party remarked how talented the band was and wanted information on where they could hear them play again! To top it off the band was super sweet to my 18-month-old son. The Jon Bates Band totally made the party, I would definitely book them again!

The Jon Bates Band was a pleasure to work with. Not only were they super accommodating but they handled our requests with professionalism and honesty. Being a musician myself, I was extremely picky in how we were going to have play at our wedding. The Jon Bates Band is an extremely talented group of musicians that I wouldn't hesitate to hire again. They truly knew how to rock the house. All of our guests complemented us on what a great band they were, which tells you how good they are right there.
