The 3B Blues Band features Scott on guitar, and he plays a Hammond B3 ORGAN module at same time. We have beautiful full sound as if there are 5 musicians but with just the 4 of us, we can fit in smaller spaces since Scott will weave in the B3 Hammond Organ sounds while also playing guitar and singing. So the band is typically 4 musicians, who can all sing backing vocals, but we do add instruments for Mardi Gras Neville Brothers style. For Weddings. we like to add an MC type front person / singer and a sax if the music budget is higher. We arrive early and use flexible expandable sound equipment so that we can play smaller at home parties as well as larger outdoor venues with hundreds of people. We setup our equipment and lights (if needed) at least an hour before the starting time. We do require a 20 amp electrical receptacle as close as possible to the band area. We dress appropriately for the event and we play at a nice sound level at small parties so guests can mingle and talk as well as dance with the full sound up close to the band area. We can be flexible on fees, depending on your location, time, preferred style of music, music budget and musician availability. The typical gig fees range from $500-$1000 and we are flexible depending on location, time and if a special sound is requested such as for Mardi Gras or 70's dance styles. When booked we pay the BASH booking fees but we prefer to collect the band payment directly from the client at the event instead of paying in advance through The BASH pay system. If hired, the BASH will continue to email us both helpful reminders as the event date gets closer. We email you a simple Performance Agreement and Invoice. The musicians do prefer cash, but we will work with you however is best. Thank you for using The BASH and supporting live music.
