The band produced a very thoughtful selection of music for our son’s engagement dinner party. The musicians played for three hours and took only one short break to make sure the guests enjoyed the music. Amazing band and I received many compliments about the band .
I will work with the same band again soon.

Our private event couldn't have turned out any better than it did. Daniela and the rest of the group left us in awe of the talent, music, friendliness, and support to make our special event amazing. We appreciated the stories behind the music from operas, the impromptu jamming, the crowd engagement, and the overall kindness that was shown towards our special guest. The attendees of the event continue to this day to reminisce about the event and suggest we have a repeat in the very near future! This was the best money I spent all year. Bravo!

We booked International Strings for my mother's retirement party in Lafayette Indiana. I couldn't have been happier! They were extremely easy to work with, punctual, talented, and professional. Our wedding was French themed, and I found it hard to find a group that fit the bill. Slava was the first vendor I talked to and hired. It’s true that once you share your vision with him, he takes it from there. You don’t have to put another thought into it and it’s executed brilliantly. With the French them, I requested to add an accordionist, and it added the “je ne sais quoi” that we were hoping for. The guests have raved that the group set a wonderful tone for the entire evening. Among our guests, there were many music teachers, one of them a cellist, who were so supremely impressed by the group that she wanted their information to hire them in the future!

Wow -an amazing experience with professional and talented musicians. Their trio really added an elegant touch to our corporate gala event which left our guests very impressed! The musicians were also very personable, kind and patient.

The group was very professional in every respect.
We asked them to play swing music, jazz, and some classical at our reception - they played beautifully across the board. We only made a couple of specific song requests - the band worked them into the set seamlessly and were even open to other requests on the spot. That said, we mostly let them play music of their choosing, which was excellent. We got many, many compliments from the guests about the quality of the musicians and how much they contributed to the overall event.
One guest said that he felt the violinist "had the notes in her soul," which is a beautiful way to put it.

We worked with International Strings for a large corporate awards banquet. From start to finish, until even thereafter, International Strings was extremely pleasant and professional. From a bookings process, they are extremely responsive and thorough. We had some special circumstances and particular needs and they were extremely accommodating and patient with us each step of the way. The performers were wonderful, extremely talented. When I requested a different type of music genre mid-way, they easily switched on a dime. They play beautifully, were on-time, and professional. They added to the ambiance - it was a perfect night. The trio we hired was led by Daniela Bisenius, and all three musicians were wonderful. They arrived promptly, followed our requests down to the letter (including for a custom recessional song not in their usual repertoire), and made sure we had a chance to take photographs dancing beside them as the cocktail hour was wrapping up. There was some frustration dealing with COI certification between the vendor and the venue, but ultimately it was resolved at minor extra expense to us.

From the moment I booked them, International Strings were most responsive and on top of things. They were attentive to all of my musical suggestions with such politeness and professionalism. They arrived at the location in advance to set up, were courteous, professional and performed beautifully for our dinner party. Loved their complete flexibility with styles, classical, jazz, pop, rock, even some Irish and Italian tunes, they got it covered! All of our guests keep raving about how great the music was. Although the music presentation was fine, I felt like I have been baited and switched I had hired threw Gigmaster, The International String Trio whom, I paid extra for travel from Chicago an what I got were three musicians who served there purpose, but were by no means the group whom I hired. I understand a fill in might be needed but I got a group of musicians completely different the what was shown on your website I have contacted Gigmaster with my complaint and they want to push the issue to the musicians.... I used an agency just for this protection! At this point I wonder if I might even get a response to my concern?

We are glad that the client has no complaints about the musical performance and gives us a high rating on professionalism and being accommodating. As for client's concerns - our main Chicago based trio performed at this event, the group traveled to the event and that's what the travel fee was for. The trio is composed of Chicago's top notch professionals, including the chair of Jazz guitar department from a prestigious university. We went above and beyond in accommodating this client's needs. At some point he realized that he put the wrong date in the original request and we accommodated him for the new date without requesting any additional compensation.

Felt tricked. Not the band I was expecting from the Youtube videos and they did not play any of the requested songs. Everyone had the nicest things to say about our wedding but not a single person told me they enjoyed the music. Which was a large expense for us. I encourage my wife that we should not cheap out on band because music important to us. International Strings sounded like very professional background music.

Our main Chicago based trio was performing at this event.
We were hired by this client to provide background music for 4 hours. The clients picked 5-7 specific songs from our list which our trio performed just as agreed during the event. Since it lasted 4 hours the client must have missed us performing these tunes since he wasn't present in the room where we were stationed at the time we payed them. All of the points of our contract we executed precisely and we received many positive comments from the guests.
