The Afton String Quartet has a wide variety of music at its fingertips, suitable for weddings, receptions, funerals, parties, corporate events, wine-tastings, and more. Every occasion is unique, though, so we are available as a string trio or duo to fit your space or budget or physical distancing requirements. If you are looking to go bigger, we have a wide field of colleagues who can add trumpet, guitar, harp, or almost any other instrument to our ensemble. Our training is classical, but we are very comfortable playing other styles and mixing them up. Jazz (ragtime), rock, show tunes, hymns, themes from movies or video games, various folk traditions — all of these are fair game.
