If not, let my performance take you there. My name is Ted Miklas and I am a seasoned musician specializing in Caribbean Island tropical style music performed on the Steel Drum. For over 20 years I have had the pleasure of bringing the vibrant sounds of the Caribbean to audiences at festivals, parties, receptions, corporate events and restaurants (including Bahama Breeze and Cheeseburger In Paradise restaurants). Performance is professional with appropriate attire and timely adherence to performance schedule. The acoustic sound of the steel drum is combined with tropical backing tracks to give that tropical island sound. Musical performance includes traditional Caribbean Calypso and Reggae, as well as Jazz, Pop, and Latin tunes all infused with the unique and tropical flavor of that Steel Drum sound.
