Jim is a professional western style square dance caller. Jim is available to call for your party dances (church socials, girl scouts, father/daughter dances, PTA, corporate events). He is a member of Callerlab (The International Square Dance Caller Association) and the ACA (American Caller's Association). He is BMI/ASCAP licensed to perform copyrighted music and is completely insured. He brings all of his own music and sound equipment. Jim has over 30 years experience calling for fun nights and beginner dances as well as the CALLERLAB approved programs of Basic thru Advanced 2. Jim owns specialized sound equipment to perform in halls of various sizes and outdoors. A typical fun night with include square dancing, line dancing and a Virginia Reel. Jim will assume that everyone needs instruction and will do so in an enthusiastic and entertaining way. In between dancing, he will play music appropriate to the theme or style of the dance. Jim's music ranges from traditional country western to today's hits.
