very sorry to hear you were disappointed- since we are in a chicken suit with big head on , that's why we use the speaker for the initial song , since it is hard to hear the performer singing w/ the head on- I did sing the birthday song as loud as I could, and would've been happy to stay longer if asked- but once photos/video are taken and birthday message is given , there's not much more to do! we are always happy to stay 10-15 mins if needed - normally we do telegrams in in town for less but part of the extra cost was the 2 hour round trip to Watertown- if you'd be willing to change your rating to at least a 4, we can offer you a FREE telegram anytime !Awards & Badges
