I'm a Navy Veteran and former member of the U.S. Navy Band (Wash. D.C.) I was the lead vocalist/MC & guitarist for the Country Current, their premier Country/Bluegrass Band. Presently, I'm pursuing songwriting opportunities in the Atlanta area. A member of NSAI & SVSA, I have written over 200 songs with 2 CD recordings - Songs For Veterans & Patriots (2020) & Dogs, Trains, Places and Things That Matter (2022). All are available for download. The style of music I bring to your establishment is anything from Hank Williams (Sr) to Jimmy Buffett, Gordon Lightfoot to Randy Travis, and Willie Nelson to The Hag. Along the way, you will have some 'original tunes' sprinkled in for something new & exciting. In addition to guitar accompaniment, I play harmonica and work with a vocal harmonizer for added touch. GiveBack Shows run from one hour up to, 3 hours. I don't require much floor room & I'm a complete package with my sound equipment. All music is 'customer friendly' - never too loud. In addition, Jerry gets very busy for any Patriotic Event. His songbook covers many tunes for our Veterans, past and present.
