If I could give zero stars, I would. Jay canceled at the last minute—4 PM yesterday—when our party was set to start at 5 PM. This was a special community event, and thankfully, another professional musician stepped in to save the day. Without their help, Jay would have ruined everything. From 9 AM, I sent texts, voicemails, and emails to confirm details, but Jay ignored them until 4 PM, when he canceled with a vague excuse. Canceling so late and failing to communicate is unacceptable. He promised a refund, but I haven’t received it. This feels like a scam! I urge TheBash.com to ban Jay for his unprofessionalism. This booking, made on October 28th, was a disaster.
