Santa Jim was awesome. He came in time, took photos with the kids, handed out little gift bags we prepared, sang Rudolf the red nose reindeer etc. we enjoyed it a lot and the kids were super happy.

Would have liked Santa to be a bit more jolly and interactive with guests. Santa arrived a bit late which was understandable due to traffic, but then he asked to leave early to get to another event. Well the payment check was already written, so it couldn't be changed as our event was outdoors.

Santa Jim was absolutely the best. He interacted with the great grandchildren, grandchildren, adults and our 100 year old mom.She really enjoyed talking to him. I would highly recommend him...all 25 of us thought he was the best! Happy New Year to all.
