I paid my deposit and my Santa would never respond or call me back nor email me back. I had to chase and chase for answers and confirmation. Finally, the company called me and asked if I had ben in touch with him and I said no, and neither had they. We ended up canceling him and it just ruined a VERY special Christmas we were having this year, EXTREMLY disappointing.
Then, another Santa called me and offered to come. Then we did this big run around again! He committed to coming, then he said he wasn't, then he was, and then he wasn't! He kept texting me, changing the time, confirming and then canceling, it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!
Never again with this agency!

Paint With Santa event at 9am, they are already booked for the next two events as well. NO SHOW. SANTA NEVER CAME. Wouldn’t answer any phone calls or emails. Got a text when it was almost over asking if he ever came. Would have had 20+ angry families on my hands if it weren’t for my employee calling in a sub to save us. Ended up using him for the next two events because we were NOT going to use this company. VERY unprofessional.

Santa did NOT show up. 20 sessions were booked I called GigMasters called pet Palz they said they had someone and the day day before they said they couldn’t get in touch with the Santa. So I had to to break it to 20 family’s Santa wasn’t coming.it was a disaster!! Terrible!!! Never booking with this company again!

We wish there was something we could have done to avoid this disappointing situation, but unfortunately there were no other Santas available in your area to cover the last minute cancellation due to illness of the Santa who was originally booked for your event. We hope we will have the opportunity to make this up to you in the future.
