Of course, when you request a quote for a specific date and time, we will offer you full details and photos of a specific Santa. If you have a multi-event or multi-location schedule, you will want to avoid last minute event cancellations, ticket refunds and public embarrassment because Santa has unexpectedly be unable to work that day. To deal with that issue, we will always have a Santa in reserve, ready to step forward, if your originally booked Santa is unable to work.
