Our players have been educated through decades of self-study and at highly recognized music institutions. Each of us has decades of musical study and performance experience. Our musicians have performed at the Hartford Jazz Festival, SPAC Little Theatre, NYC Central Parks, The White House, Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox, The Today Show, The Big E, The Northampton Jazz Festival, Hawks and Reed Performing Arts Center etc. and with many highly recognized bands and musicians. In addition, our players have received many national awards, including an Emmy Nomination. Our band can adapt to suit any event, with as many as 7 players or as few as 3 for a more intimate setting. No matter the size or style of your event, Butterfly Swing Band will deliver a memorable performance that will have everyone smiling and dancing.
