Stevie Silver and The Rhythm Wolves gets you up off your seat and dancing! Stevie and his band play the best original and covers of Roots Rock 'n Roll, Rockabilly and Blues. They perform as a 3-5 piece band. Please note that generally 4 weeks advance notice is needed for bookings. Stevie will be recording his new original Rockabilly music this fall at the famous Sun Studios in Memphis TN, standing on the same spot that Elvis Presley did in 1954 when he recorded his hit record "That's Alright Mamma." Stevie's last CD-Juke Box Baby produced by Grammy Nominated Blues Artist Duke Robillard has had airplay on Sirius XM Radio-B.B. King's Bluesville as well as local Boston area radio stations and has earned glowing praise in the international blues magazine- Blues Music Magazine. Stevie Silver has been active in the Boston area blues music scene for over 20 years. Mentored by internationally acclaimed blues guitarist RONNIE EARL he played with some of Boston's best blues and blues/rock bands. Stevie has had the good fortune to share the stage with some artists of renown such as: GUITAR LEGEND RONNIE EARL, GRAMMY NOMINATED ARTIST DUKE ROBILLARD, TAJ MAHAL, JOHNNY WINTER, ROOMFUL OF BLUES, SUGAR RAY AND THE BLUETONES, HARMONICA LEGEND JAMES COTTON AND GUITAR VIRTUOSO ERIC GALES. He also has had the opportunity to study guitar directly with Ronnie Earl, Duke Robillard, Joe Bonamassa and Steve Lukather of Toto.
