Jerry and the Difference were very professional and entertaining. They had excellent rapport with the crowd and a great stage presence. They were very accommodating to special requests and easy to do business with. Jerry was very responsive to any requests I had and was available through email or phone.

We hired The Difference for our Mom's 70th birthday party. They were fantastic. They showed up on time and put on a great show. They interacted with the guests and everybody was on their feet and out on the floor. My Mom was over the moon with excitement. I would recommend and hire them again and again. They really made the evening a wonderful event.

We booked The Difference to do a Motown concert and THEY DELIVERED! It was a great experience working with Jerry Hairston to make arrangements and discuss how we wanted our event to work and Jerry made it happen! The show was a huge success and the music was wonderful. The extensions to the Motown playlist were appropriate and fit perfectly with the overall concert theme. The harmonies provided by the vocalists were outstanding and the energy of the entire performance was first rate. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

What a performance!!! My Mother is still in a daze over the show that The Difference gave her and I really mean it when I say (GAVE HER)!! My family can't stop talking about how special everything was and the band topped it off big time. Every party that I have in the future will include the band The Difference. Our color scheme was red and the band had on red, my mother loves Al Green and she was given a night to remember with an Al Green melodies, one after another. They made my Mothers' wish come true, to feel special and she did. Thank You Jerry and to the rest of the band, thank you sooo much and we Will be seeing you again very soon.

They were amazing, had everyone up dancing and they are entertainers as well as a band! They can play at any type if venue. I was tired of the same old that everyone in VB gets everytime, so I chose them because I loved their singing on video. So glad I did! Everyone was asking about them and had an amazing night. I will use them again !!

These guys were amazing! The live band was awesome! The singers were talented! The dance floor stayed packed from the first song to the last. They serenaded me and got my husband got in on the act. They even sang a song to my mother and she has not stopped talking about it yet. She said they made her feel like Cinderella. The "Difference" gave me the Motown vibe for my 50th birthday party that I asked for and even better. They looked amazing. They even gave me a gift. Not only do I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a soulful R&B or classic Motown sound, I plan on hiring them again for another event. They did not just sing, they SANG and put on a show!
