By age 12 Johnson began singing the National Anthem for the San Jose Sharks, which eventually parlayed into singing the Anthem for every notable professional sports organization on the West Coast. Johnson has garnered an impressive array of awards including winner of San Jose Idol, Overall Female Vocalist at the World Championships and Marin Star Search. In addition, she won the title of California State Ambassador, was a contestant on the Apollo Amateur Night on Tour and was nominated Best New Artist of the year. Jessica has been a featured artist several times at the San Jose Jazz Festival, as well as a countless list of venues across the West Coast.
