REWIND of the Shoals is a ten piece Oldies/Motown band which prides itself in providing quality entertainment for all occasions. The band is a very versatile and multi-talented group, performing the most requested hits from the sixties, seventies and eighties as well as many other top 40 hits from yesterday's charts. REWIND of the Shoals features both male and female vocalists, keyboards, bass, percussion, guitar and a four piece horn section consisting of two trumpets, a trombone, and a saxophone. If you are looking for that nostalgic 60's/Motown sound, they have it. If you just want to "Rock", they can do that too. If you want 70's and disco they can accommodate you. If you need that soft ballad to make you cry, better get the tissue ready. The band is comprised of some of the most talented, respected and dedicated musicians around. They are all very passionate about music and love to play . This group always elicits a very enthusiastic response and will do whatever it takes to make sure your audience is pleased. If you are looking for quality, professional entertainment for any venue, look no further these guys "bring it" every time they perform. Rewind of the Shoals specializes in Wedding Receptions. This group can accommodate all your needs, including performing your special requests for Father/Daughter and Bride/Groom dances. Their digital sound system can provide a means for announcements, toasts, and recorded music if needed. The band can also provide "atmosphere" selections until it's time to heat up the dance floor. Rewind is also available for Private Parties, Corporate functions and events, Class reunions, Picnics, Car shows, Social clubs, Fraternal organizations, Civic organizations, Colleges, Music Festivals and any other function that needs a groove. Also, upon request, The band may reduce the number of musicians in order to accommodate almost any setting or occasion. Rewind of the Shoals provides its own sound system, lighting system and sound engineer. Clients may also choose to contract their own sound company. Specs for stage plot and sound requirements are available upon request.
