Pricing and Payments terms
These Pricing and Payments terms outlining certain terms related to The Bash memberships that are incorporated into The Bash Terms of Use, located at https://www.theknotww.com/terms-of-use/, and all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in such Terms of Use. Memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee applies only to new memberships and upgrades. It does not apply to renewals.
The Bash may from time to time offer discounted memberships at prices below what is listed here as part of targeted marketing campaigns or sales efforts.
Cancellation Policy
All memberships are cancellable at any time, but are non-refundable except for as stated in these terms. Each membership automatically renews for the same term as the original membership unless the user notifies The Bash within 30 days of current term’s expiration. You may cancel your membership by contacting us at info@thebash.com.
The Bash Service Fees
When you pay for a service booked with a Vendor through our website, you may be charged a service fee. This service fee is based on a percentage of the total price of the service (as charged by the Vendor). The service fee is to cover the costs of operating our website and providing these services to you and our vendors, including providing our on-hand support such as helping with any vendor cancellations and finding replacement vendors, as well as just making sure we help provide you with all the vendor resources you may need for your event.
The service fee will be clearly displayed at the time you make a payment through The Bash. The service fee is separate from the price charged by the Vendor. This service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is covered by the terms of our Event Protection Policy.
By using The Bash, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The Service Fee is charged by The Bash, not by the Vendor.
- The Service Fee covers costs associated with providing The Bash website and its services and does not constitute payment for the third-party service itself.
- The Service Fee may vary based on the price for the service being booked, the location, and other factors, but will always be disclosed before payment is made.
- You agree to pay the total amount of the Service Fee as displayed during checkout.
Event Scheduling Fee for Vendors (non-venue only)
For vendors other than venues, The Bash may charge vendors a 5% transaction fee when a client schedules an event with a vendor found through The Bash, but in any case, a $20 minimum fee will be charged.
Refund Policy
A fee may be refunded only as specified in our Event Protection Policy.
Membership Details
All of our memberships (including Venue Membership) details, including pricing, benefits and other attributes are available to members with active memberships and good standing accounts only. The Bash reserves the right to modify the details of our memberships at any time and in its sole discretion. The details applicable to your purchased membership, including pricing, transaction fee, or various benefits, attributes and products offered therein (e.g. categories, travel radius, etc.), might be different than the details applicable to another new or existing member with the same membership.

Payments
The Bash accepts the following forms of payments for membership and fees: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
We reserve the right to change these Pricing and Payment Terms at any time. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, such changes will be effective when posted, and by continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Pricing and Payment terms as modified. We will notify our users of any substantive and substantial changes prior to posting.
