I got cancelled 1 hour before the agreed time. I just got an email notifying me. Tried calling and texting back without any response. I understand the weather was not appropriate, but we cleared out the entire garage to have the pony inside and kids able to pet it. It would have being nice if the entertainer called me and asked me and or given me the opportunity to explain the situation

I am so so glad we found her for my twins 5th birthday! She was amazing and so good with the kids. I had requested rainbow hair, wings and a horn on the pony, and she delivered perfectly on that. I couldn't have been happier.
