Absolutely, 100% would recommend them to ANYONE!!! On time, friendly, accommodating, and the pony was the best unicorn we could've ever imagined!!! We will be using them time and time again for fun events!! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT PONY PALS!!!

Pony Pals was exceptional. They were easy to work with, quick to make suggestions, and extremely flexible. The representative called a couple of hours before event and told me his estimated time of arrival. He was on time, very professional and worked well with the children. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

They arrived right on time and we're really friendly to my guest and had alot of patience for the children who were anxious to ride the pony. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I also loved how they made sure the pony matched the theme to the party!
