Shari Tallon Music Pianist from Toronto, ON

I am Sharitallonmusic.com. I am a composer, pianist, flutist and play music for house parties, clubs, wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour, special events, and children's concerts. For my solo piano music, I play a variety of styles, popular and classic hits, contemporary, jazz, blues, Celtic, rock, country, folk, original pieces, and your special requests. I began to study piano and compose music at an early age and have written hundreds of pieces with lovely melodies, flowing rhythms, and improvisations. Audiences say they feel like they are in a meadow or forest with waterfalls when they listen. When I work with brides and grooms to make their ceremony beautiful, I take time to find out their favourite kind of music and offer them suggestions or work on the pieces they choose. Most have chosen one of my original pieces for their processional. I also play with Chris Birkett (a grammy award and Polaris prize award record producer) and play flute, keys, and sing with our duo, www.thefreespirits.ca We perform uplifting, new original music and classic favorites for every audience. For my kids shows, I perform an action-packed, fun-filled musical concert that keeps young kids from 2-8 engaged in hopping, singing and playing percussion instruments. I perform for fairs, festivals, holiday parties for corporate events, libraries, and schools. I have special programs and workshops for babies and toddlers too! Music is the only activity to stimulate both sides of the brain!
