Kevin O'Connell Pianist from The Villages, FL

Kevin O'Connell is a pianist/ synthesizer specialist/ entertainer, living in The Villages FL. I can read, play, fake, sing, accompany vocalists, transpose at sight, do auditions, sing harmony, arrange, orchestrate, compose, and do transcriptions from recordings. I can do solos (for wedding receptions and restaurants) and play jazz or rock with all kinds of groups. I have played and sung in all types of Bands ( Rock, Jazz, Big Band, Country etc.). I have my own Band in the Villages, FL. We do light Jazz for dinner with Ballads and Rock Classics for Dancing! I write all the charts. I can play a mean Hammond Organ for Rock Bands. I have played in and conducted Pit Orchestras in local professional theaters for many broadway shows including Evita, Grease, West Side, and Crazy For You, to name a few. I am well versed in MainStage and Logic Pro X. I am also a church organist and pianist, and can conduct, and rehearse a choir. I have conducted several Cantatas with professional orchestras at a church in PA. I am free to travel anywhere at most any time, because I am newly retired from 35 years of band directing in PA.
