Doug did an absolutely fantastic job. He did exactly what I requested and made my life so easy for the surprise event I had planned. Excellent musician and a very friendly guy. I would highly recommend.

Doug came in and set up this ancient pipe organ from the late 1800s. It was squeaking and squawking instead of sounding like an organ, but he spent a bunch of time setting up the stops and getting it all right. When we decided on what type of lighting we wanted for the wedding, Doug was unable to see the pedals of the organ because we needed his area to be dark. He was totally cool about it, and we were able to get him enough light just by using an iPhone flashlight positioned at the pedals. Doug played an organ that I doubt anyone else could have played, played piano so nicely that the scene felt perfect, and he was nice and warm to all of the guests.

Doug was a perfect fit for our party. Everyone enjoyed his playing as we sang around the piano. Doug easily agreed to stay and play longer that evening. He is very professional and very talented. I would highly recommend hiring Doug for anyone looking for cocktail party / light background music for their event. Would definitely hire him for next years party.

In addition, his talent was clearly evident and his music added so much to the atmosphere for my couples wedding ceremony. Doug exceeded my expectations on all levels, and accommodated last minute changes. His example pieces are a great reflection of his skill and prowess.

Doug - was very professional -- from scheduling to event conclusion. Arrived on time - was very accomodating - fit right in -- played extra hour - good experience all around.
