Byron was absolutely awesome! He listen to my husband and mine ideas, came up with ideas of his own, that perfectly matched what we were looking for, and was able to capture each and every moment of the wedding. We received our photos the day after the wedding (which was a wow, at least for me, knowing how long some of my friends waited for theirs), and they look exactly how we imagined them! Byron is super creative, professional, and will go the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy! I can't recommend him highly enough!

I never received the flash drive with the photos & video. Difficult using a website called We Transfer. The video ended abruptly & Byron advised he would correct it. The new and final version was never sent. A bit unresponsive to texts & difficult for me to speak at my office during the day.

I am in the process of sending the client a flash drive with everything, I have since discontinued using We Transfer for client photo and video deliveries.
Am going to send the client a re-cut of the video and will get back to the client promptly.

Byron Huart , photographer, arrived twenty minutes late due to traffic congestion, he said. The lateness places a concern on my part because videotaping a production needs to start at show time 4pm. The room / venue is rented. Nevertheless, when he arrived, he apologized and got right down to taping the show and quickly taking a headshot of whatever performers he could at the spur of the moment.

The review e by the client is inaccurate as the final work, post production and editing has yet even be completed.
This review she has left is based on a circumstance that was entirely out of my control and for which I am not liable for, not on the quality of my work nor the performance of my contractual duties and obligations.
Also the client Myra patiently waited for me and then proceeded to start the program after I arrived to the venue and set up my equipment.
I then proceeded to record all the performances by all the performers and took photographs of all the performers in their entirety.
Nothing in the program was missed nor not documented and the show went on as planned.

I didn’t have a good experience with this photographer it’s been nothing but back and forth and pictures were horrible.

The following statements made by Ms. Fernandez are entirely false, this negative review is a direct attack upon my character and my reputation as a honest, hard working and upstanding businessman.
I came to the client's event on time, I performed my duties with upmost integrity and professionalism as I do with every client I service and I delivered the 1100 + edited photographs to the client within a weeks time.
The client doesn't have any credible evidence to substantiate her claims she has made in her failed attempts to bully and intimidate I the vendor into giving her a partial or full refund by being vindictive, sadistic and retaliating against me, leaving this false negative review on my page after her failed, frivolous and meritless refund claim was denied with prejudice due to lack of credible evidence.
All I did was service the client's event and deliver the clients photographs to them.

I am still waiting for the pictures and videos. I was told I would receive them yesterday, but haven't yet. Relatives and friends are asking me to see them. I am not happy about this. He arrived last, usually serve providers arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Missed the family walking in and Mom in the casket.

The client received all her 1000+ photos and a fully edited video in mid November of 2023.
The following statements made by Ms. Harvey entirely false and inaccurate for the client refused to work with I the vendor and TheBash.com to resolve this matter and had attempted to get multiple services for free including asking me for a "Under the table." partial refund via Zelle and not through the Bash.com, when I refused to refund her via Zelle she then shifted to rejecting all help from I the vendor and the TheBash.com.
As for the false statement of being late, the contract stated an 11:00am vendor start time, I arrived to the venue at 11am on the dot and started work 4 mins after walking in the door.
There was no prior notice given to me by the client to arrive earlier than the contracted start time of 11:00 am the day of the event. I am not legally liable for the client's lack of communication, blatant negligence and failure to communicate any and all sudden changes of the contract.
