The pictures were fine, customization was pretty cool. The guys were over an hour late from the agreed upon time, took a long time to setup and were troubleshooting for some time. The guests were at the house, watching them setup for about 1.5 hours. They did extend the time to compensate after the party, though most people were gone. There were also problems with adjusting the height of the camera- it was basically not adjustable, and none of my chairs or were high enough. A lot the 1st graders and below were either cut-off or struggling to to sit up and be in the picture. Disappointing overall.
