Awful experience, do not recommend to any one

They came through for me when my other shuttle service bailed at the last minute. Very thankful! The only piece that could have been better was adhering to the schedule I provided ahead of time — they departed to the venue 20 minutes after they were supposed to. However, this was not a huge deal, and the driver was otherwise super responsive via text throughout the night.

Symbolic Coach Line was the vendor assigned to us from Price4Limo. We spoke with Leon Li and confirmed our booking. He was helpful and pleasant. John Ziegler was our driver. He was very professional and very courteous. He maneuvered the bus through a narrow lane up to the venue with great skill. Returned us safe and sound at the end of the wedding. Company is a vehicle finder service and didn't disclose cost of transportation included finder fee above vendor's cost. I still had to call the actual vendor and make all the arrangements. Was told tip was included in cost, but one driver told me tip was not included which cost additional $150. One bus allowed snacks, one didn't. There is no way to know what the buses allow or don't allow until after you have contracted and then it is too late to change the vendor. A good service if you just need basic transportation. I needed party buses, so would book direct w vendor next time to make sure I get what I need.
