Oh my gosh!! This was the best service ever! They contacted me multiple times to ensure the reservations were correct (time, date, location). Jimmy was super organized and on top of it! Mark (driver) was fabulous! He came promptly and was super accommodating to our guests! They had a great time on the short shuttle to and from the hotel. The van was clean and Mark made it fun for all! I would definitely recommend Happiness on Wheels to anyone who needs a shuttle or party bus! They are amazing to work with!! Worth every penny! Our guests loved it!

One of the best vendors we worked with during our wedding. They took individual interest, were flexible, made recommendations, were responsive, and went above and beyond to get us what we needed for our wedding day. We got a 1969 ford mustang and it was amazing. They have become our permanent partner for any such needs.

It was fifteen yrs for my daugther and she and all her friends had a great time a day to remember for ever. The party bus was on time with waters and juices for the kids the driver was very nice and professional. great service definitely I will reserved again but for my wife and friends.

I used this company for my friends bachelorette party in Gatlinburg. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. Booking was seamless. The communication leading to it was great. We were even able to do last minute changes to our time with the party bus in our stops along our way. Our driver was very safe and professional and dispatch was very helpful in getting our ride situated on the day of. The bride to be was more than pleased with her experience and we would absolutely book again. Literally no bad thing to say about our experience.

HoW did such an amazing job. Very professional, punctual and just all around great. I had the pleasure of dealing with James. He kept me up to date as the even drew closer. He was very accommodating too all request and changes that came along, and trust me there were a few. Thank you to the drivers of both vehicles who were professional in every way. So thanks HoW for making my daughter's wedding day special.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They charged me originally $1230 then a week prior to our wedding they sent me another $400 invoice for tips (which was never mentioned.) They also told us we would be getting a certain bus then last minute they tried “upgrading” us from a party bus to an old school bus. Later we found out the party bus we had requested actually had broke down. I followed their cancellation policy & they were trying to charge a 5% penalty & when asked about our refund they said they could not refund my original payment. I waited three days because I had to wait for them to send me the money through Zelle from 2 different accounts 0 stars

The original bus that was sent to me was not the one sent to me a week before our prom. They said it was through “Happiness on Wheels” but the day of prom i received a message claiming the company was “We Live Party Bus.” However, we still had a blast. Dale was our driver & he was absolutely amazing! We had a great night & there was pretty great communication with the Bash! Thank you!

Fraudulent Company!!! I recently rented a party bus with Happiness on Wheels for my son’s 13th birthday party. Here is what I experienced, -The vendor lied about the pricing! - On the day of the event, a different bus was sent that was in embarrassing condition. It was like one of those buses prisoners are transported in. The bus had thick white smoke blowing from its engine and it looked like it would break down at any moment. The interiors were lousy, to say the least, and it smelt. They had a cooler fastened by a bungee cord. -The vendor will harass you to leave a review days prior to the event.
