Papa Jack showed up on time , dressed appropriately. However, after 30 minutes of performing, he took a long break, slightly over 30 minutes to eat dinner which we provided. My expectation was that he would dine prior to starting and take the schedule 15 minutes breaks. We lost peoples' attention during that 35 minutes. I expected more saxophone playing, and too much time was taken between songs. People would not hear a new song starting right away so they left the dance floor only to have to return. This diminished the party atmosphere. A playlist should be ready so the performer moves directly into the next song. A gentleman but I would not re-hire.

Papa Jack was a wonderful entertainer for our event! We needed to move the times up a bit at the last minute, and he was so accommodating. He arrived looking great, sporting a hat, which really set a good tone even before he began performing. He alternated smooth sax with vocals, which was a great background for our wine tasting- and his vibe was so good, he had the crowd dancing before it was over. A talented professional from beginning to end- we would definitely hire Papa Jack again!

Papa Jack was a very accomodating and professional person. He arrived on time and was willing to adjust his program to meet the needs of the people who were to be entertained. I would definitely recommend Papa Jack for your venue, he was all of the above for our wedding venue.
My only suggestion not only let him know in writing or email prior what you want him to do, also have some one to go over in person, since ours was a little mix up during the ceremony, but he did pull it off and most people did not notice.

Papa Jack is very personable and also very professional. Upon arrival, he confidently went about setting up, and was ready to go at starting time. He quickly picked up on the atmosphere of our event, and the tastes of our people. His performance was very much appreciated. He would receive our highest recommendation!

Papa Jack was courteous, pleasant, and accomodating. I believe he really tried to do his best. I had a much different impression of his work from his video clip than he presented at the party. I am not suggesting it was a poor performance, just different than I expected.
I want to make additional mention about your agency. It is a 5+ and I would highly recommend you to others!
