Leo is a very versatile jazz musician. For our daughter's engagement party, he played both saxophone and clarinet. The party, attended by 75 friends and family, was a big success in large part due to Leo's outstanding music. He exceeded our expectations.

The performer who accompanied me was about 45 minutes late and we had little time to rehearse before it was time to perform. She also informed me that it was a difficult piece and she appeared very uncomfortable with playing it. Furthermore, she appeared frustrated with me and questioned why I had picked a piece so difficult. I felt that I was very accommodating in assisting her to understand and perform the piece yet she was frustrated anyways. In short, the performance was not up to standards of what I expected and I walked away very frustrated and displeased. It was definitely not worth the 150$ I had to pay for a mediocre performance.

Sorry, Matthew about this mishap with the pianist - she was recommended to me by a friend and I realized that it was a big mistake to send her instead of doing it myself. I had very good record since joining the gig masters and I would really appreciate if you would pointed out that even though it was my fault at the end in regards of trusting other people, I wasn't the actual performer, it was the sub, someone that I thought was trustworthy.. I will never recommend her to anybody under any circumstance, again, my apologies.

Leo Chelyapov added so much class and ambience to the party. He was very accommodating with a few special requests. The guests loved him. One guest is a musician herself and very much enjoyed listening to him. He was very professional and I would hire him again.
